Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
Warranty Exchanges
SportsChic only replace items if they are defective for up to ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the product. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@sportschic.com. Please attach a picture of the defect along with a description. We will contact you if we need additional information to process the claim. If your exact product is no longer available we will allow you to select a different style or color of same or lesser value. We may ask you to ship the bag back to us at our expense prior to processing your replacement order.

Returns
If you are not happy with our product style or color you may return up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the product. If 10 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the documentation and hang tags included. It is preferable to return it in the box it was shipped in to avoid damaging the bag during shipment. If the bag is damaged during shipment, you will not receive a refund. We are happy to provide you with a discounted shipping label (our rates are much better than you will get at your local shipping store). We will deduct the cost of that label from your refund. We will not accept any shipment sent COD.
To complete your return you must contact us at support@sportschic.com to get a return authorization. If you do not get a prior return authorization, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted or you may only receive a partial refund. These include, but are not limited to:
- Bags with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to SportsChic error
- Bags packed for return in a manner that deforms or damages the bag during shipment.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. SportsChic does not guarantee that SportsChic will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if it is a total or partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Sportschic is not responsible for any processing errors or delays by merchant services, payment processors and banks.
